So far your career has been mixed with Aussie and Hollywood productions — do you want to continue in that direction?
Of course. I love coming back every now and then, so if I can use acting as an excuse and make some money while I’m doing it, I’d be more than happy to come back.

I’m not really sure. I pride myself on being down-to-earth if I can; I mean I can imagine it would be difficult for really huge stars — I don’t know how Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner do it when they’ve got 50 billion people telling them how much they love them every day. It’s really not too difficult for me because I prefer being a nice person.

I’m friends with Teresa Palmer and Liam Hemsworth. I’ve met Sam Worthington a few times as well so they’re all great people. I don’t necessarily hang out with them; I just hang out with the people I happen to be with at the time. I hate making plans to hang out with people; I just like to take it as it comes.

I guess I’d say finish school first, then get a job, and then find a hobby or something that you like that you can have as a back-up. And then if you really feel like trying to become an actor later, by all means go for it, but make sure that you have a solid education behind you.
