"Why is the injury is not yet clear. Maybe the loads can - with what I grow, and the body does not have time to recover. A week ago, I went to the gym and felt a pain in his back. I started to panic because I did could not do. We immediately stopped training and started a small treatment, but it has not had the desired effect.
