Other clues:
● There is a mannequin doll in odditiesroom with one eye missing before the room door is opened. The tiger here andthe clown in child’s room also have one eye missing.

● At the beginnig of the game, there is anewspaper saying: “The Moorland Post, 17th June1993, Moorland estate owner Lady Marsh passes away age 94.”

● The treasure might be in Amsterdam, there are lot of references toit.
There is a clue that Darkmoor Manor is a reference to Dartmoor Zoo.Notice the similarly shaped bulidings:
