When Robinson was young he wasn't satisfied with a well-off life, he didn’t listen to his father’s advice, took part in a voyage to Africa, and a furious wind blew their ship down, he swam to a uninhabited island. He realized that he was the only survivor, but he became optimistic soon, then he salvaged useful things from the ship. And he made a house, made tools, fed goats, sowed grain, improved the environment by his wisdom.
He lived alone for many years. One day he met some of the cannibals were going to eat another one of a different tribe. Robinson rescued him, he became Robinson’s slave, named "Friday". He lived on the island for 28 years. At last Robinson helped a captain subdue the mutineers, then he took the ship back to the civilized world. At the end Robinson got the present---almost 200 pounds sterling from the owner of the ship that Robinson had saved.
