Caution! Please stand back!Violett Beanehas hit full stride and shows no signs of slowing down. The 19-year-old Austin product, and ’The Leftovers’ alum, has darted into the hearts of DC fans as Jesse Wells, soon-to-be Jesse Quick, onCW’s hit series‘The Flash.’

Beane’s acting career has been injected with the “Speed Formula” and is currently running at a hyper-accelerated level. She is premiering not one, but two, features at the2016 SXSW Film Festival.The first, ‘Tower,’ is a surreal, close-to-home documentary focused on the 1966 University of Texas tower mass shooting that took 14 lives and wounded 32 others. Beane portrays, Claire Wilson, an eight month pregnant UT student who lost her unborn child and boyfriend during the tragedy.
‘Tower’ is an emotionally charged feature that allows Beane to show off her dramatic acting chops. However, don’t let her passion for dramatic film fool you. She’s peaceful by nature and has an appreciation for humor as evident with her second SXSW premiere, ‘Slash,’ an indie comedy centered on a young writer within a peculiar genre.
A hit television series and two promising features can exhaust just about anyone. However, Beane’s cinema speed is built for marathons. She recently wrapped up her directorial debut with a music video for Austin based Eyelid Kid and is already seeking future delegating opportunities. There’s not much that can slow this youthful and vibrant actress down.
