第一：需要首先安装开发环境LabVIEW/Labwindows cv
第二：再安装GPIB驱
第三：连接NI公司的USB-GPIB/PCI-GPIB/PCIE-GPIB等硬件通信设备
第四：打开Ni公司的MAX工具，检测硬件是否正常连接
第五：设置需要连接的仪器通信方式为GPIB（此处以安捷伦E3643A为例）
第六：到NI公司的官网下载驱动
