Blade Master:
Dragontongue:
Base damage 11.00 -> 7.50
Inflicts 4.00 additional flame damage on critical hit
Lightning Draw Stage 2 Tier 5: Each critical hit of the damaging field now regenerates 2 focus.
Blade Dancer:
Lightning Flash (Flash Step Stage 2):
Cast speed increased
Equipment/item and additional damage procs (Ruby, Baleful procs, etc.) on second hit -> first hit
Storm Cleave (Dual Strike Stage 3): Inflicts an additional 14.00 lightning damage over 4 hits when Lightning Focus is learned.
Lightning Draw:
Stage 1 Tier 5: Damaging field damage increased 8.00 -> 16.00
Stage 2 Tier 5: Damage dealt inflicted on grabbed, phantom gripped targets increase 12.50 -> 20.00
Multislash (Rush Stage 2):
Inflicts an additional 2.50 wind damage per hit if Wind Focus is learned
Reduces Whirling Scourge's cooldown by 2 seconds per hit if Wind Focus is learned
Assassin:
Poison Breath/Choke Bomb/Plaguemist (Stage 1/3/4): Now refreshes 5x poison stack timer on the first hit.
Summoner:
Entangle:
Increased cast speed
Knockdown on hit -> on guard break
Tl;dr: Buffs for BD + Sizeable nerf for low-crit rate Flame BMs + QoL for Lightning BM + QoL for Sins + Really really minor tweak for Sums.
