我的破旧显卡是不是翻车了？

在城市堵车线沉迷建城市时忽然自动关机，重启之后再进去就只有个位数帧率了
按理说这玩意儿只是原版画质的话并不吃GPU，但是GPU[850M 4G版]一进城市地图占用马上暴涨到100%然后就一直维持高占用，帧率从未上过两位数

然后开了新地图依然卡爆
于是运行GPUPI，发现根本无法运行测试：
