Please be informed that such registration must be completed at the Shenzhen Shekou Police station within 7 days after you entering the Chinese territory. A Notice on Alien Residents Registration
International citizens are required to take personal identity registration during their stay in this country, in light of relating laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. This operation is devised and implemented for both private and public security concerns. Undocumented alien residents are expected to carry out this obligation within SEVEN calendar days from this date on. This policy applies to all foreign individuals, in spite of distinguishing age, sex, race, religion, occupation or nationality. Candidates that fail to perform registration by 9, June will receive a fine up to 2000 RMB and/or harsher penalties. Please take your passport, ID card, driving license and/or any necessary documents with you and go to Shekou Local Police Station. Our working hours are 8:00-12:00 am, 13:30-17:30 pm for weekdays, and 9:00-12:00 am, 14:00-17:00 pm for weekends. Call 0755-xxxxxxxx for details. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.

唔理你系边个，来自边度（唔理你咩身份，咩国籍），既然依家起我地既地头，就应当遵守我地既法律法规，前往当地派出所（蛇口派出所）进行登记。否则，一但捉住，将被最高罚款2000文。畀多左你地一周时间，一周后我地警方将对不合作既外国佬有大动作（big operation）。多谢合作。
