有人在vivado 2016.4中碰到过类似问题吗
在另一台电脑中是正确的（也是vivado 2016.4），打包给我。
在我的电脑上先Run synthesis成功后，再Run Implementation时，报错 。

[DRC 23-20] Rule violation (INBB-3) Black Box Instances - Cell 'i_system_wrapper/top/rs_Encode_QPSK/rs_encoder_test_uut' of type 'i_system_wrapper/top/rs_Encode_QPSK/rs_encoder_test_uut/rs_encoder_test' has undefined contents and is considered a black box. The contents of this cell must be defined for opt_design to complete successfully.

[Vivado_Tcl 4-78] Error(s) found during DRC. Opt_design not run.
尝试过以下几种办法，编译后还是出现同样的错误。
1. 将文件remove后，再重新添加后，再Run synthesis成功后，再Run Implementation
2. 将软件重装过后
3. 将顶层文件hierarchy updata选择no updata,Manual compile order
4. 重新添加lic
