Collector Experience² - HK day 5Met a new friend (tea enthusiast, not seller) in a tea house today, who generously provided all the teas:2003(ish) yanchaSo hard to judge because first older yancha I ve drank here in Asia. In order to judge yancha, see how deep the aroma goes in the nostrils from this point of view very good, but I m not a huge fan of quite sour and astringent taste. I prefer older yancha still.
1990s white teaInteresting too, similar to a 80s-90s white tea Ive bought in Malaysia in 2019
1980s guangdong tea cakeI only tried the 90s of these cakes (which is not very good). The main feature of this tea is the nice old tea aroma and deep smell in the cup/aftertaste. But the tea soup it quite a bit less rich than yunnan material cakes. I think 60s of these guangdong should still be pretty good.
