# semanage port -a -t PORT_TYPE -p tcp 2222
其中 PORT_TYPE 是以下之一：ssh_port_t, vnc_port_t, xserver_port_t。

2楼说的是对的，是SELinux阻止了。
看系统日志的话，可以先运行一下 systemctl restart sshd.service
弹出错误后，运行一下 journalctl -b -0 ，按END，向上找找SELinux的错误信息
