  Nobody wants to have a colleague who turns out to be a suspect or an
  insider of an unsolved crime, yet by deliberate cover-up they outwitted
  us and made us believe that they were innocent.
  Forgiving me for writing to you anonymously, because it is what I
  going to say that matters, not who I am. I am a Chinese, one of billions
  who cry for the victim of an atrocious crime, and hope the murder (or
  murders) is brought to justice soon.
  19 years ago, a brilliant female student named Ling Zhu (Zhu is her
  family name), was repeatedly poisoned by lethal doses of Thallium at her
  dormitory at Tshinghua University. Had her high school classmate not sent
  SOS messages to experts world wide, Ling Zhu wouldn't be alive today,and
  we wouldn't even know that she was poisoned. She miraculously survived,
  with horrifying, permanent neurological and physical damage. One of her
  roommates was identified by police as the only suspect, but the case has

  Now, your employee, named 【自己改名字】 is believed to be AT LEAST
  AN INSIDER OF THIS ATROCIOUS CRIME. Although millions of Chinese have
  been following this case closely for 19 years, the murder (or murderers)
  are still at large. Chances of solving the case are getting slimmer
  unless at least one of the insiders disclose what happened exactly 19
  years ago.
  Dear managers, we wouldn't send this letter if it's not the last
  resort. As far as I know, in China, after 20 years, an unsolved crime
  cannot be re-opened for investigation. Time is running out quickly. We
  respect whatever measures you take after you hear this.
